Since 2005, we have been using line one Hereford genetics and this has massively helped us and the quality of the cattle that we are producing. This has helped us massively for commercial use as the people buying our cattle know that they’re guaranteed good quality.
The Hereford breed with its natural economy production and its docile nature and high fertility are necessary factors in beef production.
I believe that in terms of eating quality and there is no other breed better than the Hereford breed.
